this beautiful work of art is from schadenfreude. i might just find a way to make every single outfit i have suit this corset lol. i’ve been wearing it since i got it and yes even in public! which i have been kinda reluctant to do with mesh because not enough people are using viewers that can see it. but i don’t care if i look like i am wearing a doughnut! this thing is amazing.

as usual i did have to change my shape a tad to fit into this, but it was less painful than trying to fit into a lot of the mesh clothing i’ve demoed recently. i lost a little of my love handles and my stomach, BUT this is a corset, so a cinched waist is preferred, and it didn’t really change how i look. i even got to keep my butt!

and i can do this in it!

ok first off i’m going to show you something that has absolutely nothing from 50L fridays in it (except the pose which is part of the 50L fridays offering from with love & squalor) :p.

i got these awesome socks from league who is offering a striped scarf for 50L fridays. the socks are for project themeory and they match the scarf but i liked them better than the scarf so i ended up snagging them instead

my top is 75L at nightshade designs and i found it randomly while lucas and i were shopping there the other day. not sure how long it will be 75L but i though that was pretty awesome.

ok now lets talk about what i actually got for 50L fridays!

first up is this awesome bracelet from H.O.D! i was so happy to see this because i loved the necklace from an earlier 50L friday and now i have a matching bracelete this also has a male version included so its double awesome.

next is a new cute hair from tiny bird which is unisex as well! i’m also wearing most of the 50L friday item from surf couture. i say most because for some reason all that i got out of the vendor was the shirt layer :s no prims or anything… but i’ve written the designer to let her know and hopefully she’ll send the rest of the missing parts along!

valentine’s day is swiftly upon us and i’m sure many of you are looking for something beautiful to wear for your sweetheart on the 14th. i have become quite smitten with this elegant gown from haven designs. Delora dropped this black and silver dress on me last night and i have been prancing around like a little princess in it.

like everything from haven designs, this dress sports amazing textures that look very soft and touchable. i am a big fan of brocade patterns so this dress immediately won my heart. it comes in several colours but as i am little miss monochrome… i got the black one.

to make myself a little less black and white, i accessorized with a lovely necklace from unique needs. since we are close to valentine’s day, i figured a heart pendant would be a good choice. i am unfortunately not sure if these are available in her store. when i got mine, it was in a lucky board.

on a different note, i hope no one minds that i’m getting a little bit artsy fartsy with my pictures. i was getting tired of the plain background. i did want to mention that these photos are still not photoshopped except to crop them and add the site name to the corner. i never touch up my avatar or the clothing in these photos because i want to maintain that what you see is what you get. so please do forgive my jaggies and ugly unliquified mesh :p but i hope that these photos are a little less bland than previous looks!

this morning my dear friend jasmine tp’ed me to the Fri.day sale… well ok she tp’ed me there to see if it was still on… we were lucky and it was, and i went on a little shopping spree

i know alot of people have been mentioning that the owner(s) of Fri.day are alts but really who cares when they make stuff like this?!?! their store is packed full of some really great basics and even some shoes and hair!

the tanktop i’m wearing is old Truth, which sadly while still awesome, is no longer available for purchase.

i love this guitar even though it was a mistake purchase. for lucas’ xmas present a couple of years ago i bought him this guitar on slx. but by accident (i was half asleep at the time) i hit the buy now button instead of the gift button and ended up sending it to myself! the creator, nomasha was very kind and helped me get one to lucas but now i have this guitar that i barely take out of my inventory. still thought it was a cool accessory for this outfit.
