this gorgeous dress and these amazing boots are just a start from TenFifteen, and i cannot wait to see what else they bring out! these photos are unedited except for a little ps to get rid of the annoying glitches that shadows give me when i take photos. these clothes are exactly as they look in world!

of course mesh has its caveats. certain poses are still *too much* for the mesh to handle.. i played with several, and a few broke the mesh a bit. and of course there is the little issue of having to tweak your shape for mesh clothing. hopefully LL is looking into deformer morphs to make them fit to our fat and not just our bones.

for this dress i didn’t have to do much tweaking. there were two sizes included, and i fit the curvy size, EXCEPT i had to make my boobs bigger >_>. the shoes i was happy to see did not require ANY tweaking! size 2 fit like a glove i’ve never had knee high boots fit without some sort of adjustment so i am pretty happy with these!

no your eyes are not deceiving you.. i am in fact wearing pink! usually as you know, i have a no pink rule on this blog, but i could not resist this new outfit from Wretched Dollies called Fifi ala mode. i am a huge fan of cabaret and show girl style clothing so i suffered though the pink :p

the fifi ala mode set includes an outfit, with several options to choose from. here i am wearing the poofy skirt which should just be renamed to “put me on right now because you love poofy stuff”.. i must obey the poofy. there is a separately sold jewelry set and a skin which all matches the outfit.

the shoes that i am wearing are NOT this colour normally. i tinted the bows and bottom of the shows pink in order to better match the outfit (as i have no pink shoes :p)

oh yes and this piano i am on? it was a freebie at glitterati, not sure if its still available but its super cute! there is a pay version full of poses available if you can’t find the freebie.

there are several tones available from light to dark. i am wearing the lightest tone “china” in these photos.

for this line of skins, nomine has decided to utillize tattoo layers for lip stick as well as eyebrow tints. there are eyebrows on the skin but several tattoo layers are available to customize your eyebrows to the colour you desire, which is really awesome! most skin creators only do dark and light brows, nomine has provided eyebrows for a full spectrum of hair colours.

since there were so many options i chose to narrow it down to 4 and snap them.

each skin has several versions of the eye makeup, ranging from barely there, to thick heavy makeup. the lipstick tattoo layers are available in regular lip as well as a version with a parted mouth.

i do not have a date for when these will arrive in the shop, but hopefully it will be soon!

when i was a little girl… (and yes let me start this out by saying i am a female in real life and most of the time in second life) i wanted to be a little boy.. not like.. have a penis and all that.. but i wanted to wear boy clothes, play with boy toys, and get to do things boys were doing… my family and teachers did not like that, and while my parents were a bit more relaxed, my grandmother was VERY dead set on making sure i remembered that i was a girl… pink everywhere, dresses all the time, no mud, no gi joes, only barbie barbie barbie…

as i got older and had more control over what i could wear and do, i chose to dress more androgynous and i had friends who did the same. i once dated a guy who wore dresses, and i would wear suits to match. we shared clothes and it was fun, nothing weird to me or him about it. the school of course was not happy, and later on to be an ass, i wore a suit and tie to school every day for a year.

to me, clothing is clothing. it doesn’t mean you are a certain gender, or sex, it doesn’t mean you are gay, straight, bi, transgender, intersexed, genderqueer, or anything else you wanna lable with. it means you are not naked, you are wearing clothes.

what am i? i honestly don’t care…

do not adjust your monitors.. yes i am blonde O_O. the new dress from grixdale made me feel all summery and beachy so i decided to bust out the blonde hair and hit the beach! i am envious of my avatar right now..

i’ve accessorized this outfit with this beautiful necklace/earring set from MOOD. jori’s jewelry is always stunning but usually is a bit fancy for my usual style (maybe i should just get fancy more often so i can wear her stuff :p) i loved the simplicity of this set, and the chaotic tangle of chain links suits me just fine. you can find it at the fashion garret for a limited time, i am not sure if she is going to have this available in her store after its time there, so do make sure to grab it while you can!

while’ i’m on the subject of stuff you should grab while you can, grixdale is retiring the emery line in preparation for a new version. she hasn’t decided when she’s taking these out of the store so you should get there fast and grab them while you can!

and finally, if you’re not grixdale’ed out yet… i wanted to show off the adorable mr soggy bottom doll that mini-me (my kid alt juliet) grabbed yesterday!

i have him on big me too but since he is in the kids area i figured i would let my kid wear him :p he comes in several colours and then this particular version of him is available at a discount as part of a new weekly event!

the Cura Pumps come in three shades (dark, medium, and light) and have A LOT of colour combination choices in the hud. you can change the whole shoe, or separately colour the shoe, straps, soles and heels!

The May Dollies come in 3 heel styles (chunks shown above, stilettos, and wedges) and also offer some great colour choices. all of the shoes are black and colour striped, with a separate colour option for the bow.

these may be my new favourite flats! the laurell flats also have 3 shades to choose from (light, medium, and dark), and the hud allows you to either recolour the whole shoe, or change shoe colour, straps colour, buckle colour, and ruffles colour! the possibilities are endless O_O

oh but i’m saving the best for last…

there is a definite chance that i may never take these skates off again XD how awesome are these shoes!

the oola corset comes in two variations but i only managed to fit one before i gave up lol its not that these are not amazing corsets (because they are) i’m just not very good at fitting prim clothing XD as usual with all of dilly dolls’ items, the corset has many different colour choices to choose from, and you can even colour the laces a different colour than the body of the corset (but no picture of that because honestly i didn’t do a very good job at fitting this thing…)  it comes with an alpha layer to make sure you have the perfect shape on your sides and front. if only real life corsets could do that…

after all that corset modding it was kinda appropriate that the other item i got was a straight jacket! this was a bit easier to deal with, the alpha layer for this one thankfully nukes the entire arm area, so no poke though!

while i am still struggling to make my prim clothing actually fit, i’m sure there are many of you who are already aces at it. so do make sure you check out these items at dilly dolls! she says there’s more on the way *faints*
